Eighteen months ago, we partnered with Virgin Atlantic and Raise the Bar to launch an ambitious Recruit, Train, Deploy programme designed to fast-track graduate aircraft engineers into the industry. We’ve just celebrated the success of our first-ever cohort, who have completed the programme and are stepping into permanent roles with Virgin Atlantic.
Over the past 18 months, they’ve gained:
• ILM Leadership & Management qualifications
• A full CAP741 book
• All B-License modules
• Extensive on-aircraft experience
